MATH 094 Beginning Contemporary Math

This course is a review of basic mathematical concepts and applications through the use of a variety of problem-solving techniques which includes fundamentals of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in problems involving whole numbers, integers, fractions, decimals, ratios and proportions, percentages, geometric measurements and formulas, related algebraic equations, and expressions. Emphasis is placed on analysis and solution of application problems. Credit earned cannot be used for graduation.
