Return & Exchange Policy

The 14-Day Return and Exchange Window

In accordance with Kuwait law, customers have the right to return or exchange any eligible physical product within 14 calendar from the date of physical delivery (for online orders).

You do not need to provide a reason for a return within this window, provided the product meets the eligibility conditions below.

  • Original condition expected. The product should be returned in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs. The consumer generally bears the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, the seller must cover the return shipping.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

To qualify for a refund or product exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unaltered condition, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
  • Packaging: Educational kits, or school supplies must be in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and included accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid original sales invoice or digital order receipt must be presented.
  • Promotional Items / Sales: Items purchased during official sales, discounts, or promotional periods are fully eligible for return or exchange within the 14-day window, provided they meet the basic return conditions. If a promotional item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The right to return or exchange does not apply to the following:

Exceptions: All items are subject to Return and Exchange except for: books, E-books, online courses, digital lecture notes, and downloadable software/licenses once accessed, unsealed, or downloaded by the student. unless they do not meet standard specifications

Activation Codes: Uncovered or redeemed software activation codes or examination prep platform keys.

Customized Goods: Any educational material, printing, or binding custom-made or personalized to specific customer requests.

Damaged / Misused Items: Products that have been written in, highlighted, torn, or damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

Defective, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted pages, missing textbook chapters, broken educational tools) or if the wrong item was delivered:

  • You have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.
  • Aafaq Education will bear any associated delivery or return collection costs for defective or incorrect items.

Refund Method and Timeline

Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued strictly back to the original method of payment (Knet, Credit Card, or Cash) used at the time of purchase.

Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated and processed promptly, typically within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item at our facilities.
