The Price Match Promise applies to all products listed in the 2022 International catalogue for TTS and Consortium brands.
The Price Match Promise means that if you find the same product cheaper in Kuwait from any UK International Education Mail Order 2022 catalogue such as HOPE (“Selected Retailers”) and available on standard terms and conditions of purchase, we will MATCH that price when you order from TTS or Consortium.
Our Price Match Promise applies to any non-sale item available at TTS and Consortium through our Kuwait based partner – Aafaq Education. Any items which are part of a Selected Retailer’s promotions or are specially discounted are expressly excluded from our Price Match Promise
The price match will be given for exact matching branded products against the listed International catalogue price in the 2022 International Catalogue given in GBP.
To benefit from Price Match Promise, at the point of purchase, simply contact Frontier Education’s customer services team by writing to support@aafaqeducation.com referencing the Price Match Promise and with the following information:
We will confirm the provided information, verify the price and will then MATCH the price on our quote to the Selected Catalogue’s product price. Please note that the product price must be valid and available at the point of purchase from TTS or Consortium.
Once an order is placed, this Price Match Promise cannot be retrospectively applied.
In addition, the following conditions apply:
Price Match Promise applies to overseas orders made using GBP prices shown on TTS and Consortium brands 2022 International catalogue or International website and are not applicable for stock items available on the website www.aafaqeducation.com
- Application of the Price Match Promise must be requested by the customer at the time of order
- The products that can be price matched must be: (i) identical (i.e. same name, model, colour and pack sizes and warranty) as those of the Selected UK International Catalogues; (ii) available with TTS or Consortium in the 2022 International Catalogue; (iii) new, not damaged; and (iv) sold by one of the Selected Catalogue companies in the Kuwait in GBP.
- Products sold as part of a multi or kit deal will be excluded.
- Price Match Promise excludes items sold through suppliers who trade on a different basis to TTS and Consortium, such as e-commerce only suppliers (such as Amazon, equipmyschool), auction/marketplace websites (such as Ebay) or private sellers (such as Dubizzle).
- The Price Match Promise may not be used in conjunction with other TTS or Consortium promotions, discounts or voucher offers. TTS or Consortium reserves the right to exercise its discretion in applying the Price Match Promise in this way.
- With regard to account discounts specifically, Price Match Promise cannot be used in addition to account discounts and will be taken into account in the calculation of the price match i.e. if the price difference equates to 20% and the discount at account level is already 10%, a 10% product discount will be applied in order to meet the price match.
- Price Match Promise is product specific and excludes overarching or special promotions, offers and discounts (including account discounts if applicable) by any Selected Catalogue Company. We will not apply the Price Match Promise to multiple or whole order discounts from any Selected Catalogue company, only the individual price of the actual product.
- The Price Match Promise will not apply if the relevant Selected Retailer is in administration or closing down or offering clearance sales. TTS and Consortium reserves the right to alter or withdraw our Price Match Promise at any time without notice.
